Fish cakes

Oven pre heat oven 220C 420f mk 7 115g smoked mackerel 575g potatoes 2tblsp chives or spring onion green bits Juice 1/2 lemon 1 tsp Worcester sauce 2 egg yolks Salt 1tblsp olive oil Coating 2 tblsp wholemeal flour Salt and pepper 115g breadcrumbs 2egg whites whisked lightly and seasoned well Cook spuds. Mash. Mix all the ingredients together. Chill. Make into small balls. Dip in flour then egg then breadcrumbs. Bake on a tray until golden brown.
